How do I create an account?

  • This website is for WHOLESALE (registered retailers) use only
  • You need to sign up for an account online at acetradingco.com
  • In addition to this, you need to print out the Customer Registration Form, sign it, and fax it along with your state’s Resale Permit form to 773-728-4911 or scan the images to info@acetradingco.com

 

What is a Resale Permit Form?

  • Within Illinois, the form is known as the Illinois Business Tax (IBT) number
  • For all other states, the form should be the respective state’s reseller permit, resale license, or anything along those lines
  • If the wrong form is sent in, we will contact you promptly

 

How long does it take to get approved and when can I start ordering?

  • Approval process takes up to 24 hours during business days (Mon – Fri)
  • Illinois business MUST submit all paperwork prior to approval
  • All other states may be approved for out of state shipments without the submitted paperwork; however, the paperwork MUST be received within 5 business days of account registration before the account will be frozen

 

Is there a minimum purchase required?

Yes, the minimum purchase per order is $100 before shipping

 

Are all items available on the website?

  • No, there are approximately 1200 items on the website but ACE carries over 10,000 items!
  • ACE will strive to keep the website updated with the hottest and latest items; however, please feel free to call us for special items or always feel free to stop by the store in Chicago!

 

Does ACE ship internationally?

Unfortunately, ACE does not currently ship anywhere outside of the US

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping will be based on the following chart which shows checkout subtotals:

$100 - $300 = $15 shipping
$300.50 - $500 = $20 shipping
$500.50 or more = $25 shipping

 

What if some of my order is not available?

  • ACE reserves the right to ship initial orders that are 75% or more fulfilled
  • All other back orders will be communicated with the customer prior to shipment
  • All shipping costs will be adjusted accordingly if full orders are not shipped together

 

What payment options do you accept?

  • ACE currently accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
  • All credit cards will be charged at the time of shipment only for items shipped

 

How long do shipments take?

  • Most shipments make it anywhere in the US from Chicago in 2 – 4 business day
  • However, shipments are subject to take longer according to the official regulations and timeline of UPS
  • We do not automatically provide tracking numbers but in the case that a customer requests one, one can be provided

Does ACE take returns?

  • Unfortunately, all sales are final which also means no refunds or exchanges are granted
  • In the unfortunate case that merchandise is damaged during transit, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact ACE at info@acetradingco.com within 3 business days of receiving the merchandise with pictures of the damaged merchandise
  • If it is after 3 business days or if the merchandise has been used at all, ACE holds the right to deny all requests
  • If a request is approved, ACE holds the right to either repair, replace, or refund the item
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to contact ACE if any details are needed before ordering an item if anything is unclear
